    We are currently recruiting for  Support Assistants for Young People Services in Caerphilly.
     

    We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team of staff who believe in our young people and will engage and support them to achieve their potential and beyond.


    Hours: Full time consisting of 2 x night shifts (4.45pm – 9.45am with ‘sleep in’ hours, but available to deal with urgent issues around support and security during the night), and 2 daytime shifts of 7 hours each per week.

    Flexibility is required for attendance at e.g. Team Meetings / Full Team Meetings / Support & supervisions etc.


    The Support Assistant role involves ensuring the safe running and maintenance of a project, recording and reporting incidents that arise in accordance with Llamau’s procedures, and working alongside support workers to support the implementation of Individual Support Plans at all times.
