    Llamau Missing Children De-briefing and Mediation Workers, Dyfed-Powys
    17.5 hours per week
    Location: Pembroke Dock
    Salary: £20,858 Per Annum pro rata
    Fixed Term up to 31st March 2018 with the possibility of extension to 31st March 2020

    Want to make a real difference to vulnerable children and young people?

    Thanks to funding from Dyfed-Powys Police and Crime Commissioner, Llamau are looking to recruit dynamic people with excellent communication skills and experience of multi-agency working for this exciting new project to reduce the frequency of children and young people going missing.

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment and ability to engage, protect and build positive relationships with children and young people. You will be providing targeted one-to-one support, helping children and young people to be safe from harm, stop going missing, reduce risky behaviours and achieve positive outcomes.

    Core hours are Mon to Fri 9.30am-5pm with flexibility to provide some out of hours working, including evenings and weekends.

    You will be required to undertake a DBS check and further vetting via Police systems at Level 2 for this role if successful. (Please note this includes some vetting of family members and financial background). Ability to speak Welsh is essential for at least one of these posts.

    Mental Health Specialist and Trainer

    3 days per week, 22.5hours

    Permanent position

    Llamau is looking for a friendly, approachable experienced Mental Health Specialist and Trainer to join the Central Services team.

    You will need to be able to deliver current Mental Health and well-being training internally and externally as well as providing advice and signposting for Llamau staff in regards to their service users' individual support needs.

    The successful candidate will have the ability to be innovative and build on the great work already achieved by Llamau as well as developing fresh ideas for moving the mental health and well-being support function forward.
