    Project Worker

    3 x night shifts (4.30pm to 10am including 'sleep in' 11.20pm-8am) per week.


    Want to make a real difference? Llamau are looking for a Project Worker with a desire to support young vulnerable people with a range of support needs in a sensible and caring way. The right candidate will have experience in dealing with challenging behaviours from young people and finding the best way with that individual to make positive changes in their lives (through appropriate challenge of their behaviours). Strong organisational and communication skills are required (oral, written and electronic) to ensure effective working relationships between Llamau staff and our young people; And to ensure the accurate recording of paperwork and the inputting of data electronically. The candidate must be able to work alone and as part of a team. This role requires you to work nights on a full time basis. A willingness to work weekends is essential.     Equivalent of 1 weekend day shift (9.30am to 5pm), and 1 night shift (4.30pm to 10am including 'sleep in' 11.30pm-8am) per week.
