No Self-confidence

How do we help young women like Sara who have no self-confidence?

Sara is used to her dad telling her she’s useless. She doesn’t believe she’s good at anything. Most of the young people who come to us are frightened, insecure, have low self-confidence, and value themselves poorly.

Everyone who comes to Llamau is assigned a support worker. As everyone has different needs and capabilities, an individual plan is devised to prepare each person for an independent, stable and happy life. The support worker will work with an individual to build their self-esteem and help them on the road to achieving their full potential.
