The Big Message

Getting Your Message Across

Llamau's 25th birthday conference, The Big Message, will take place in City Hall, Cardiff on Thursday 6 October 2011.

The theme of this FREE full day event is Getting Your Message Across and the day will be packed with speakers from different backgrounds giving their views on how an organisation with a limited budget can make a big impact.

Wales' First Minister, Carwyn Jones, will open the event and our speakers include:

  • Hilary Devey - Dragon and award winning Entrepreneur and Business Speaker
  • Tori James - explorer - first ever Welsh woman to climb Mount Everest
  • Alison Bejamin - journalist - Editor of The Guardian's Society section
  • Marc Evans - film director - directed Patagonia with Matthew Rhys and Duffy
  • Jeff Kennelly - Operations Leader of GE Aviation Services
  • Dr Emma Williamson - research fellow - Centre for Gender & Violence Research at Bristol University
  • Jeff Mitchell - Managing Director of Clean Slate social enterprise.

Llamau's conferences are always moving and poignant but lots of fun.
