 The Routes

The Brecon Horseshoe takes in the best of the Beacons; from waterfalls to the iconic Pen-Y-Fan peak, this route really has it all. The challenging 16K loop which will take anywhere between 4-6 hours, depending on the number of snack-stops!

Or you can choose to do the shorter, family friendly route. The Pont Ar Daf 7K loop will take you up to the stunning peak of Pen-Y-Fan and back down through the Storey Arms pathway. This walk will take about 2 hours and is perfect for families.

We will provide you with everything you need including a map, car park suggestions, kit list, and event pack. The route is easy to follow and so don’t worry if map reading isn’t one of your strong points.
