An exciting & rewarding opportunity to join Llamau’s new Young People’s support team in Blaenau Gwent, supporting young people in a 24 hour staffed project, and those moving on who need short term resettlement support to successfully move into their own home. You will be working with young people to develop their understanding of the rights and responsibilities of being a tenant and good neighbour, and to build their skills to be able to do this. You will also work closely alongside other agencies supporting the young person, including Children’s Services, YOS & Education & Training providers.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £20,198.00 pro rata per annum

Hours: 28 hours a week working a shift pattern including mainly evening shifts (2pm-10pm or 4pm-10pm) plus some day shifts; 7 days a week.  Flexibility is required to work outside of these hours to attend team meetings.
