Frances joined Llamau in 2000 and has steered the organisation through extensive development to become Wales' leading homelessness charity for young people and vulnerable women. 

By profession, Frances is a cognitive behavioural therapist and her masters was in women experiencing PTSD as a result of domestic abuse. Frances was the founder and first chair of Cymorth Cymru, Wales' umbrella body for organisations working with vulnerable people in Wales. 

Frances is a member of the Supporting People National Advisory Board and chair of the Governance Workstream. 

Frances is a board member of the independent think-tank, The Institute of Welsh Affairs, and of Tai Pawb. She also serves on the Advisory Panel of the Children's Commissioner in Wales.
