Chief Executive - Frances Beecher Frances joined Llamau in 2000 and has steered the organisation through extensive development to become Wales' leading homelessness charity for young people and vulnerable women. By profession, Frances is a cognitive behavioural therapist and her masters was in women experiencing PTSD as a result of domestic abuse. Frances was the founder and first chair of Cymorth Cymru, Wales' umbrella body for organisations working with vulnerable people in Wales. Frances is a member of the Supporting People National Advisory Board and chair of the Governance Workstream. Frances is a board member of the independent think-tank, The Institute of Welsh Affairs, and of Tai Pawb. She also serves on the Advisory Panel of the Children's Commissioner in Wales.
