We’re looking for passionate, talented and tenacious people to join Team Llamau. An exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Support Worker in Cynon has become available. You will be supporting people in their own homes who are experiencing issues with their tenancies and need support. You will work closely alongside other agencies supporting the individuals, including Landlords, Social Services, Police, Homelessness & Housing and many other partnership workers. Reference: OSW52 Location: Cynon Valley Contract: 2x Full-time & 1x Part-time, Permanent Hours: Full-time: 35 hours per week, Part-time: 17.5 hours Flexibility may be required to work outside of core hours to support young people when they need it most, and to attend team meetings, training events etc. Floating Support Workers take part in the `1st tier On Call rota (1 week in 14). Providing 1st tier On Call support and advice for projects within Cwm Taf including 24hr staffed projects. This may require providing some shift cover / out of hours project attendance where alternatives are not possible. This involves providing On Call support and advice for young people supported, with issues and emergencies they may need to deal with. This may require providing out of hours project attendance where alternatives are not possible.
