An exciting & rewarding opportunity to join Llamau’s young people’s teams across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Cwm Taff. Supporting the teams to provide 24 hour staffed project houses & Floating Support, Mediation, Assertive Outreach and Missing Children services for young people, plus Floating Support.  The teams will be supporting young people with a wide range of needs, including mental health & substance use. You will be supporting the teams to support young people in a psychologically & trauma informed way, in line with contract requirements. You will also work closely alongside other agencies supporting the individuals, including Benefits Agencies, landlords, Statutory Services, Education & Training providers, other third sector agencies and community resources.

Hours: 37 hours per week 

Mainly Monday to Friday 9 – 5pm, however flexibility is required to work outside of these hours to support, supervise & work alongside all members of the team.  

Contract: Permanent

Location: West (Young People's Services)

Salary: £37,320 - £39,960 pa (Dependant on level of experience)

Head of Service Development & Quality Assurance posts take part in the ‘4th tier’ On Call rota across Llamau.  Providing On Call support and advice for 3rd  Tier On Call, with issues and emergencies they may need to deal with.  This may require providing some shift cover / out of hours project attendance where alternatives are not possible.
