An exciting opportunity has arisen to enable Llamau to recruit for an experienced PA.

The role of the PA will be to act as a first point of contact for CEO and Deputy CEO, dealing with correspondence and phone calls, providing administrative support to the CEO and Deputy CEO in managing diaries, organisation of meetings and ensuring relevant papers for meetings are collated and ready.

The successful candidate would also act as secretariat for Llamau’s Board of Trustees, taking minutes, sending out board papers and ensuring confidentiality at all times.

The role requires excellent communication skills, good time management and the ability to manage a diverse workload using your own initiative.

Location: Cardiff Head Office

Salary: £19,126.00 per annum

Working hours: 37 (with expectation to work some evenings, where TOIL will be given)
