Llamau is recruiting for a new creative and dynamic strategic manager to lead the HR, Training and Reception/ Admin departments.

The successful candidate should have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in the delivery of the processes that the PPD team are responsible for as well as creating a positive wellbeing at work culture.

The People and Personal Development Manager will work collaboratively with the Training Development Officer and  strategic stakeholders to develop and implement Llamau’s Training and Development Strategy, to ensure that Llamau colleagues are equipped with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.

The role involves delivering Llamau's People Strategy while ensuring that the team works collaboratively with all services across Llamau, enhancing Llamau’s ethos and culture of uncompromisingly putting those we work with first.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cardiff, with travel across Llamau offices and services

Salary: £33,540.00 per annum

Hours: 37 The post holder is required to work flexibly to fulfil the responsibilities of the post.  The role requires occasionally working out of office hours, for which TOIL will be given.
