This innovative and fulfilling role sees you managing a number of projects including Llamau’s Tenancy Support & Supported Housing across Newport. If you enjoy a challenge where every day is different, this job is for you.

You will be allocating referrals and supporting the team to work with people to remain safely within their homes (where possible) and address housing related support issues, building their skills to be able to do this independently.

You will be the main point of contact for the referrals gateway via the Supporting People team, and will allocate referrals to your team.

Salary: £25,476 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week

Mainly Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 5pm and Friday 9am -4.30pm, however flexibility is required to work outside of these hours to support, supervise & work alongside all members of the team. There is a requirement to provide cover for direct support especially during staff absences.

Project Managers take part in the ‘2nd tier’ On Call rota 1 week in 5. Providing On Call support and advice for 1st Tier On Call, with issues and emergencies they may need to deal with.
