An exciting opportunity to lead Llamau’s Young People’s support team in Rhyl, supporting LGBTQ+ young people in a 24 hour staffed project providing specialist housing related support within a therapeutic environment. You will be supporting the team to support young people to develop their understanding of the rights and responsibilities of being a tenant and good neighbour, and to build their skills to be able to do this.

You will also work closely alongside other agencies supporting the young person, including Youth Services, Viva, CAMHS & a Psychotherapist.

Salary: £25,476 per annum

Location: Rhyl

Contracts: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours a week. 

Mainly Monday to Friday 9.30 – 5pm, however flexibility is required to work outside of these hours to support, supervise & work alongside all members of the team, as well as providing support & supervision.  There may also be a requirement to provide cover for direct support to young people, due to staff absences.

Projects Managers take part in the On Call rota (1 week in 2).  Providing On Call support and advice for the project team, with issues and emergencies they may need to deal with.  This may require providing some shift cover / out of hours project attendance where alternatives are not possible.
