An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established team to work with children  and young people  who go missing and are affected by  Child Sexual Exploitation, Trafficking , Modern Slavery  and Child Criminal exploitation.  The role will involve  developing and delivering training around risk management, referral pathways and support interventions to build protective factors to protect children & young people from harm relating to going missing / CSE / Trafficking / Modern Slavery / CCE across Gwent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring trends around issues of going missing / CSE / Trafficking / Modern Slavery / CCE across Gwent, and develop strategies to address these with partner agencies; As well as evaluating interventions to ensure most effective practise, and monitor performance of the team and Gwent services for this vulnerable group.

With this role there is an expectation that you will work flexibly, including some evenings, weekends plus participation in the on call rota.

Salary: £34,680.00 per annum
