Llamau is daring to imagine a world without homelessness – will you help us to create it?

Llamau’s mission is to end youth homelessness and homelessness for women in Wales. It’s a big ambition and to some people it might seem impossible, but we know that if we all work together, homelessness genuinely doesn’t have to exist.

We’re looking for passionate, talented and tenacious people to join Team Llamau.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker at our 24-hour Supported Accommodation project in Swansea.   We are looking to recruit flexible, resilient, enthusiastic team players who can engage with those we support, enabling them to achieve their goals.

Your role would involve:

•          Engaging with those we support, at every opportunity, in order to build trusting and respectful relationships with them. Getting to know the individual, their strengths and challenges, and how the whole team can support them most effectively.

•          Providing support flexibly to ensure maximum chance of each individual engaging in the support available.

You’ll be working alongside passionate and supportive colleagues in a rewarding environment, where you’ll be making a huge contribution to creating a Wales without homelessness, every single day.
