Llamau are looking for a new Training Development Manager to lead our training team and work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver Llamau's Training Strategy.
The Training Development Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery and quality assurance of the internal training strategy (which includes e-learning, face to face training and workshops) as well as the external training strategy, generating income by selling training and building Llamau's reputation into the training provider of choice within this sector.

The successful candidate will be comfortable leading a team, developing and delivering training materials, planning strategy and monitoring outcomes. We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that what the training team delivers operationally reflects Llamau's ethos and values and is psychologically informed.
