LLamau is looking for a new Training Development Officer to lead the training team and work collaboratively with the Central Services Manager to deliver Llamau's Training Strategy.

The successful candidate will be a Learning and Development professional who knows how to lead a team, is comfortable writing & delivering training and can work strategically implementing sector specific interventions.

The Training Development Officer is responsible for delivering the internal training strategy (which includes e-learning, face to face training and workshops) as well as the external training strategy, generating income by selling and delivering Llamau training to like-minded organisations, Local Authorities etc and building Llamau's reputation as being the training provider of choice within the sector.

We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that what the training team delivers operationally reflects Llamau's ethos and values and is psychologically informed.

The role is permanent, working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday with flexibility to deliver training in the evening or weekends if required. The salary is £27,849.00 per annum.

The role is based out of Cardiff Head Office but training is delivered in our offices across South Wales including Newport, Caerphilly and Vale of Glamorgan regularly so flexibility to travel is essential.
