An exciting opportunity to join Llamau’s Domestic Abuse provision in Newport with a new role as DACC referral worker. You will be responsible for liaising with all victims of domestic abuse identified by the Police, who have consented to contact by specialist services. Your role will include assessing an overview of support needs for the individual, providing any immediate safety responses or crisis referrals, and referring on to the most appropriate support provision in Newport for continued support. This role includes being part of the domestic abuse services on call tier 1 rota on a pro rata basis. This post is exempt from the Equalities Act and is for female applicants only.
