Llamau is daring to imagine a world without homelessness – will you help us to create it?

Llamau’s mission is to end youth homelessness and homelessness for women in Wales. It’s a big ambition and to some people it might seem impossible, but we know that if we all work together, homelessness genuinely doesn’t have to exist.

We’re looking for passionate and committed person to work in our Youth Homeless Helpline service. The helpline supports young people at point of crisis or helping to prevent them from becoming or continuing to be homeless.

You’ll be an organised individual who will help to ensure that the helpline is running effectively, coordinating helpline rotas, making sure young people get the service they need and making a valuable contribution to creating a Wales without homelessness, every single day.

Contract:  Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week. Working hours are between Mon – Fri, 9.30am – 5.00pm, however, flexibility is required to work outside of these hours on some evenings and weekends. This role also includes being on call rota - tier 1. 

Salary: £21,276 per annum

Location: West / flexible location
