Llamau is daring to imagine a world without homelessness – will you help us to create it?

We know that trauma and abuse are the lead factors in homelessness for anyone affected by domestic abuse, and our ambition is to end this by providing a range of community and accommodation support services for adults and children affected by abuse and trauma.

This role involves the direct line management of staff delivering support to families accessing refuge and community support across Caerphilly and Monmouthshire. This includes day to day advice, guidance and support to staff, attendance at projects and ensuring staff feel supported in their roles and on track to meet any commissioning requirements.

The role also includes participating in the on call rota for all Domestic Abuse and Gender Specific Services across Gwent and South Wales – approximately 1:6 weeks.

We’re looking for passionate, talented and tenacious people to join Team Llamau. You’ll be working alongside passionate and supportive colleagues in a rewarding environment, where you’ll be making a huge contribution to creating a Wales without homelessness, every single day.

This post is exempt from the Equalities Act and is for female applicants only.
