How does it work?

There are two stages to Symud Ymlaen Moving Forward.

Stage 1: You will be given pre-employability support, delivered in Learning 4 Life, to build your skills ahead of a 16 or 26 week paid work placement.

Stage 2: An Employment Liaison Officer will then help you to source a work placement, and provide you with ongoing support to help you get the most out of your placement.

Our team of Employment Liaison Officers are there to provide structured, regular support throughout your placement.

Are you an employer and could provide a work placement for a young person? All costs are funded through the project and will not be passed on to the employer.
