How does it work?

We are currently unable to offer Stage 2 of this project (paid placement opportunities). We will look to resume these opportunities in the near future.

There are two stages to Symud Ymlaen Moving Forward.

Stage 1: Before starting a work placement with an employer you will be given full support, delivered through Learning 4 Life. The support aims to build your skills ahead of a 16 week paid work placement.

Stage 2: An Employment Liaison Officer will then help you to source a work placement, and provide you with ongoing support to help you get the most out of your work placement.

Our team of Employment Liaison Officers are there to provide structured, regular support throughout your placement.

Are you an employer and could provide a work placement for a young person? All costs are funded through the project and will not be passed on to the employer.
