By accepting a free Llamau place in the Cardiff 10k 2022 you agree to our terms and conditions and are pledging to raise £150 to support Llamau’s work to end homelessness in Wales.

We ask that you raise 50% of your sponsorship target by the 2nd of August 2022, we’ll give you lots of fundraising advice, hints and tips to help you smash your fundraising target!
