Ruth and Andrew Davies produce award-winning Welsh salami in Ystradgynlais, South Wales. They have won many awards for their artisan award-winning charcuterie products from their very own free range and rare breed pigs.

We are delighted that Cwmfarm Characuterie will be supporting Llamau by donating £5 from the sale of each of their Llamau Gift Boxes, and are also hoping to provide a work experience placement for a young person supported by Llamau.
