Today, Thursday 25th November, marks the beginning of one of the most important awareness campaigns in our calendar. White Ribbon Day, and the 16 days of activism following the day provide a unique opportunity to focus a bright spotlight on how men play the largest part in ending violence and abuse against women.

From today until December 10th when the White Ribbon campaign ends, using #AllMenCan, we’ll be sharing content that amplifies the voices of our male colleagues, volunteers and the young men we support, calling out men on their behaviours and attitudes towards women.

We’ll also be revisiting the stories of the women who’ve bravely shared their experiences with us this year as well as an important opinion piece written by Llamau’s Head of Women’s Services, Nicola Fitzpatrick.

We’d like to ask as many people as possible to engage with White Ribbon this year and use #AllMenCan to tell us what you do to call out abuse and help women feel safe.
