We're delighted to announce that Llamau is Clarke Willmott's chosen charity for the next two years!

Clarke Willmott has one of the largest and most successful Social Housing teams in the UK, meaning Llamau’s work resonates strongly with the firm, and we are very excited to be partnering with Clarke Willmott over the next two years to end homelessness and change futures in Wales.

Bethn Evans, partner in Clarke Willmott's Cardiff office, said

We know first-hand how integral affordable and social housing is in tackling homelessness. Llamau not only helps vulnerable people to access housing and a feeling of security, it actually targets the many complex causes that can lead someone to homelessness in the first place and really does amazing work in Wales. Their emphasis is on prevention as well as cure. As a team the Cardiff office is very proud to be raising money for a charity that does such valuable work in Wales with some of the most vulnerable people in society

For the next two years, any money raised by the team at Clarke Willmott’s Cardiff office will be donated to Llamau. Starting with an Easter Egg collection, the team are looking forward to establishing firm plans with Llamau to find practical, effective ways to support Llamau’s fantastic work.

Jenna Lewis, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Llamau said

We organise lots of events throughout the year, which are supported by individuals and businesses alike and we couldn’t be happier to now have Clarke Willmott on board too. Last year, we supported 8914 young people, women and children to leave homelessness behind, but demand for our services continues to rise. The work we do simply would not be possible without our supporters, and we are so grateful to be working with Clarke Willmott to ensure that no young person or vulnerable woman in Wales ever has to experience the frightening reality of homelessness.
