How Long Will You Use My Information For?
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. If your application for employment is unsuccessful, your data will not be used for any other reason other than to provide you with feedback. Llamau will retain your application for 6 months after which time it will be destroyed end of the recruitment process.

Unless there is a legal obligation to keep records for longer, records will be deleted or anonymised, six years after the end of employment / contract. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you.

Your Duty to Inform Us of Changes
It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. You are required to keep us informed regarding changes to your personal information during the working relationship between yourself and Llamau.
