We are aware, that in this unprecedented time, you are all being asked to do so much to help yourselves, your family, others and society to stay as well as possible.
We understand that at times of uncertainty like this, fear and anxiety are feelings we are all likely to be having, to varying degrees. Whilst we cant promise magic answers, and none of us can control the wider situation, there are things we can do, focus on and control that will help us to reduce these fears and get through this difficult time together.
We have pulled together a variety of resources around commonly asked questions to help guide you to information to help you with your wellbeing at this specific time. In terms of ideas for things to do to keep yourself active and engaged, please also see our pages for people we support which can point you in the right direction!
Here our resources are centered around emotional and psychological wellbeing. Please send us any resources you come across to [email protected] and we will do our best to update these pages over the coming weeks, so come back whenever you need to!
As always, if you feel your wellbeing is affected at the moment, please do talk with your line manager or equivalent as much as is possible right now. You can also email us on [email protected] and we will contact you to talk.
Huge thanks to you all for what you are doing, we hope this helps play its part in giving back to you.
