Keeping your information up to date Where possible, we use information which is publically available to keep the information we hold about you up to date. This could include, information provided to us by other organisations. We do this to ensure that you can continue to receive marketing communications from us and so we are able to contact you about any issues with any donations you make or fundraising you are involved with. By doing this, we can also make sure that we don’t hold duplicate records for you on our supporter database which helps us to avoid having out of date preferences and contacting you when you’ve asked us not to. If you do not want us to keep your information up to date using external publically available information, you can let us know by emailing [email protected] or calling 029 2023 9585 and asking for the fundraising team. If you let us know that your contact details have changed, we will update our records to reflect the change.
