Supporting positive change
Llamau’s Wellbeing programme creates a safe, supportive space for young people to explore what helps them feel well — physically, mentally and emotionally. Many of the young people Llamau supports have experienced challenges such as poor mental health, isolation or unstable routines. This programme offers time and guidance to help them rebuild confidence and stability in their daily lives.
Building confidence and self-belief
Through guided workshops, group discussions and community-based activities, young people identify the barriers affecting their wellbeing and create a personalised plan for positive change. Each plan encourages healthy routines, self-care, confidence-building and new experiences that nurture a sense of pride and progress.
Preparing for learning and life
By supporting young people to feel well, motivated and ready to learn, Llamau's Wellbeing programme helps them move closer to education, training or employment. The programme builds a strong foundation for lasting change — empowering young people to believe in themselves and take control of their future.
