What is Llamau's Employment programme? 

Llamau's employment programme is part of our accredited Future Employability Programme, designed to help young people gain the skills, confidence and experience needed to move into meaningful work. 

Support to take the next step 

For young people ready to move directly into work, Llamau's employment programme also provides one-to-one support with: 

  • Finding and applying for local opportunities 

  • Writing applications and CVs that stand out 

  • Preparing for interviews and meeting employer expectations 

Llamau’s extensive local knowledge and strong partnerships with employers mean young people receive personalised, practical support that makes a real difference.
