A supportive place to learn
Llamau’s Education programme offers flexible, nurturing learning environments where young people can safely explore their next steps. Many of the young people Llamau supports have experienced disrupted education, so each learner receives individual attention from qualified teaching staff who understand their needs and ambitions.
Building skills and confidence
Through Essential Skills Wales qualifications, Personal and Social Education (PSE), Work Related Education (WRE) and interactive workshops, young people develop the practical life and employability skills that open doors to further education, training and work.
Learning is not limited to the classroom. Llamau’s learning centres and partnerships with local employers create real-world opportunities that bring learning to life, from workplace visits and creative projects to health and fitness activities that build confidence and wellbeing.
Planning for the future
Llamau works closely with Careers Wales and other partners to ensure young people receive impartial advice and guidance. This helps them understand their options and make informed choices about their future.
Creating brighter futures
By making education engaging, supportive and person-centred, Llamau's Education programme empowers young people to believe in themselves and take the next step towards independence.
