Flexible, accredited learning programmes from Llamau give young people excluded from mainstream education a second chance to build a promising future

For young people affected by trauma or unstable home lives, disrupted education is common — not by choice, but by circumstance. At the point of referral to Llamau, only one in four young people are engaged in education or employment.

Access to learning, training and employment is key to breaking this cycle. Llamau delivers flexible, accredited programmes designed for young people excluded from mainstream education.

Llamau's programme focus on individual strengths, confidence and aspiration. Through practical skills development, tailored qualifications and mentoring, young people take meaningful steps toward education, employment or training.

Every year, around 80% of Llamau's education programme participants successfully move into learning or work — building the foundation for long-term success and independence.
