Coronavirus: How to get support if you need it

We know that many people will be worried about Coronavirus, and prolonged periods of self-isolation and social distancing are likely to be even more difficult for people living in abusive households and for people whose relationships at home are already strained.

We will be ensuring that our vital services run throughout this period and want everyone who needs our support to get it whenever they need it.

We've created this page of resources to help people we support look after themselves while self isolating or social distancing. Making sure that you are taking care of yourself is one of the most valuable things you can do to help make this time more manageable. Read our advice for looking after your emotional and physical wellbeing.
