Llamau’s mission is clear: to end young people’s and women’s homelessness in Wales. And we want the young people and women we support to thrive, not just survive. Llamau works tirelessly to ensure they receive not only what they need but what they truly deserve.

Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Llamau employ over 250 staff and are required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010. The data used for this report is a snapshot of data as at 5th April 2022.

We have completed the exercise to calculate our figures using the process prescribed under the Equality Act. The report finds that the mean gender pay gap of 4.8% is in favour of women which is against the national trend in favour of men.

This does not mean that women are paid a higher rate than men for completing the same task, this is reflective of Llamau having a higher proportion of female colleagues and a larger number of women in more senior roles.
