We have a growing number of colleague networks including LGBTQ+, menopause, and neurodiversity colleague groups to provide peer support and drive positive change.


Training for fair and inclusive leadership
Managers receive training on Equality and Diversity and unconscious bias, helping to ensure fair decision-making across the organisation.

Colleagues have access to compassionate leadership training, fostering a supportive and empathetic workplace culture.
