News News and blogs The power of diversity in the workplace: why it matters at Llamau At Llamau, diversity isn’t just an aspiration—it’s essential to who we are. We know that real change happens when people feel seen, heard, and valued. To provide the best possible support, our colleagues should reflect the communities we serve. That’s why we’re committed to building an inclusive organisation where lived experience, understanding, and empathy shape everything we do. Why does diversity matter? At Llamau, we’re building a culture where everyone belongs—because when our colleagues thrive, they can provide the best possible support, empowering people to move on from homelessness into stable, secure futures.
