I’ve been raped or sexually assaulted

If you’ve been raped or sexually assaulted, you can get medical and emotional support whether or not you report it.

If you’re in danger or feel unsafe, call 999 straight away.

Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) provide private care, examinations and counselling, with support from Independent Sexual Violence Advocates (ISVAs)

Find your nearest SARC by speaking with Live Fear Free or visiting their website.
